My birth mother was on birth control and my father used a condom, but she still got pregnant. When I was born, she was 18 and had a 1-year-old son at home. She could have taken the easy way out, but she didn't. Despite having been through some incredibly troubling times where I questioned my own will to live, I can most definitely say now that I am so thankful she didn't have an abortion!!
Women who have medical issues and cannot carry a child to term without risking their own life, or other medical issues of a similar nature, absolutely deserve the opportunity to have an abortion out of medical necessity. I support you!!
Women who are victims of rape or incest and cannot mentally or emotionally handle carrying a child to term absolutely deserve the opportunity to have an abortion out of medical necessity on a psychological basis. I support you!
But why is it that every single time I post something about being pro-limited-choice, at least one person sees fit to take advantage of those poor women and their unfortunate circumstances as if it were reasonable justification for the careless hoes to be afforded the same right?
I do not support women who choose to have sex without using protection and then want to have an abortion as if it were any other form of birth control. They do not deserve to be awarded the same rights as the women with medical issues, be it physiological or psychological.
AND THAT'S OK!! Last I checked, outside of the UK at least, thought crime was not (yet) a thing!
You want to say it's your body and therefore your choice. But you know what? It's not just your body anymore! You and some guy made a choice to have sex and now you want to take away that innocent baby's life because you were careless and spread your legs without having enough consideration to take preventative measures. And, not only that, but you also think it's ok to exclude the father from this life-altering decision-making process that he was once a part of.
That's altogether evil, plain and simple.
Sure, go ahead with it, but you ought to get yourself sterilized while you're there! Yeah, I said it!
There is no justifiable reason not to limit abortion rights to those who truly need it.
There were resources available in 1980-81 to support my birth mother through her pregnancy with me so she could give me up for adoption to another family, who would in turn love me as if I were their own. And guess what! Those resources are still available and even more plentiful today!
Get over yourself. Take a pill, use a condom. If it still happens, then we'll talk. Otherwise, stfu already.
If you believe in God, you should sit and read your bible. He instructed us to go forth and MULTIPLY!
Have you watched Noah? Did you see the living hell he went through as countless people tried to get aboard the Ark and he knew God wanted to kill off all humans? But when he first saw his innocent grandbabies' faces, he fell in love with them and showed mercy. And then he also instructed us to go forth and multiply. Live your life deserving of that second chance humanity was once given.
Did you see The Passion of the Christ? Watch it, or watch it again. Put it on repeat. Live your life to be deserving of what he did for you! Do you think that just because you believe in him and ask for forgiveness you'll get to heaven? Sorry, it doesn't work like that. Not quite, anyway. You're missing the most important, step. If you do not repent, it doesn't count. You will be judged.
If you met Jesus today, would you be proud of yourself? Would you feel worthy to be in his presence? If not, that's ok. But you know what you gotta do. Believe, ask for forgiveness, and REPENT!!
Look around us, people. Do you not see what's going on? Do you not see the signs all around? Look at what has become of this world. The US has become nothing more than a laughingstock and nuclear countries are teaming up against us. There is evil everywhere, in plain sight! And nobody does a damn thing about it anymore!
