Thursday

I got up and got some coffee while the computer booted, then got dressed while also getting Casey up, dressed, and fed. I dropped him off at school at the usual time, then got gas and headed to Onalaska to get my 6-month knee injection. After the injection, I stopped at McDonald’s for some breakfast and ate it in the car on the way home.

I made a bit of progress on laundry, and got on ArcheAge to take care of the garden, but didn’t really do much else with my time.

Throughout the early afternoon, my knee started flaring up. I’d been warned about the post-injection flare, but hadn’t experienced it. That could just be because usually, I’m already in the middle of the “injection has worn off” flare by the time I get the next one.

Mindi called and asked about meeting up to talk things through, but I only had half an hour before I had to go get Casey and wasn’t sure that would be enough time. The next day I had a couple appointments, so wasn’t sure I’d be able to then either. She said she was going down to Rockford for the weekend herself, so it’d have to be next week.

I picked Casey up from school at the usual time, then we headed home for a bit. He got on the toilet and I took care of some chores then showered before heading to Culver’s for dinner. After we had our fill of dinner, we went to the church for Cub Scouts.

Only one other Scout showed up because it wasn’t a formal meeting. I was pretty much just there with a willingness to entertain any Tigers who had older siblings in other Dens that had meetings.

After the meeting, we headed back home and Casey got ready for bed. I finally sent Brad a simple “Howdy” text while he was doing that, as well as sign onto Astellia for the daily login timer.

I got Casey tucked into bed, then kinda just sat at the computer doing not much of anything.

I did talk with this guy for a while who I’d met in Fallout 76 (Xbox) and he and I had exchanged some lewd messages. I’d repeatedly asked him to stop, my reason being because of Brad as well as because I can’t do the internet thing anymore. The argument continued until finally I gave up on the day and went to bed.
