Got up and got my latte while getting the computer booted. Got parked on SL, then took care of my free book & paid emails before hopping on ArcheAge. Took care of the gardening and a few other things, then tried taking Casey out for lunch before going to the store.
Lunch was a disaster. I’d wanted to go to the Mexican restaurant. Casey was good with that, he likes tacos. I placed our order and munched on chips while we waited. And waited. Nearly an hour passed, others who got there after us were getting their food but we were still waiting. Finally our food came. But, Casey’s taco was a regular taco, but all he’ll eat is a bean and cheese taco. And my meal was made with chicken, when I’d ordered steak. We were both so frustrated, we agreed we’d just leave. Casey didn’t want to get lunch anywhere else, he just wanted to get our shopping done, then go home and have something there.
Shopping went better. We got all of Casey’s school supplies, and then the groceries we were needing. Headed back home, got the stuff put away, and made us each our own mac & cheese for a late lunch.
Got back on ArcheAge and spent much of the rest of the day hanging out on there, doing some miscellaneous stuff but mostly just hanging out until later at night.
Got Casey to get ready for bed about the usual time, then read to him and tucked him in before getting back to the game.
I tried to see if I could get involved in any raids. Someone invited me to one, but then they flaked out on me. I suspect they were just trying to troll me, but didn’t really care. I waited around to see if I could get into another one, but then I was getting tired so just went to bed instead.
